# Crucial T500 SSD Analysis **Selling Point:** This 2TB Gen4 NVMe drive offers solid performance at 7,400MB/s with the added bonus of 1 month of Adobe Creative Cloud, making it a good value for creatives and gamers needing fast storage expansion. **Trade-offs:** The price shows no discount from the original, so you're not getting a deal on the drive itself—you're essentially paying for the Adobe CC subscription value. TLC NAND is standard but slightly less durable than SLC/MLC alternatives, and the 7,400MB/s speed is good but not top-tier compared to flagship Gen4 drives reaching 7,500MB/s+. **Verdict:** **Buy if** you need the Adobe CC month or want a reliable, mid-range Gen4 drive. **Pass if** you're seeking a price discount or prefer premium performance—the lack of price reduction and average speeds suggest waiting for a sale or comparing with competing models.
