# GMKtec EVO-T2S AI Mini PC Deal Summary **Selling Point:** This compact AI PC offers solid value with a $120 discount and Intel's latest Core Ultra processor, making it an accessible entry point for local AI inference and content creation without relying on cloud services. **Trade-offs:** At $2,279.99, it's still a significant investment for a mini PC form factor; real-world performance depends heavily on your specific AI workloads, and you may want to verify cooling capabilities and thermal throttling under sustained use. Additionally, mini PCs typically offer limited upgrade paths compared to traditional desktops. **Verdict:** Buy if you specifically need a compact AI workstation for local LLM or image generation tasks and value portability—otherwise, Pass and consider building a traditional desktop for better value and expandability at this price point.
